You don't need to understand how Google or AI works. That's our job.

We just need accurate information about your business so we can make sure Google, ChatGPT and other AI systems understand it too.

When you start, choose one Responsible Party — someone who knows the business well and can help us get accurate information when we need it. That could be you, an employee, your spouse, an assistant, an outside advisor, or anyone else you trust who understands the business.

Certifications, awards, equipment, employees or capabilities
Approval that something we wrote is factually correct
Help asking a real customer for a verified Google review

How much time this takes

We'll usually reach out about once or twice a week, depending on what your account needs.
Most requests take about 15–30 minutes or less.
You reply the same way we asked — email or text. No system to log into.
Then we take it from there.

You don't have to learn how to do any of this. We just need your help knowing what's actually happening inside the business.
