Terms of Service

Ask AI Who is operated by Make Your Money Multiply, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of askaiwho.com, the free diagnostic, and the Become Recommended Playbook (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for businesses and the people who run them. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The free diagnostic is informational

The free diagnostic reports what public search and AI systems returned about a business at the time it ran, along with our analysis of that output. It is informational only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice, and it is not a promise of any outcome.

3. Third-party systems change

Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, directories, and other search and AI systems are independent of us. We do not control them. They change their models, rankings, sources, and behavior without notice, and results can differ between runs, devices, locations, and accounts. Results you see today may not be reproducible later.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any Google ranking, inclusion or mention in any AI system’s answers, search visibility, lead volume, sales, revenue, customers, or any other business result. Any examples, scenarios, or illustrations are for explanation only and are not a projection of your results.

5. Become Recommended Playbook

The Become Recommended Playbook is a digital implementation product, currently priced at $497 as a one-time payment. Pricing may change for future purchases. Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Playbook content for your own business.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share account access, scrape, bulk-copy, or use the content to build, train, or reproduce a competing product, system, or service. The content and the systems behind it remain our property.

6. Become Recommended

Become Recommended is a done-for-you service that is applied for separately and may be governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. Where that agreement and these Terms are inconsistent, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

7. Your information and your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having the authority to submit it, including any business details, website addresses, or access to business systems you choose to connect. Our output depends on what you provide and on what public systems return; inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate output. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it and for keeping your account credentials secure.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit information about a business you are not authorized to represent;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• scrape or use automated means to extract content or run the diagnostic at scale;
• reverse engineer the Service or attempt to reproduce our proprietary systems;
• use the Service to publish false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the site, its content, our methodology, scoring, guides, and Playbook materials, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to use it as needed to provide the Service to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, email delivery, and payment processing, and it may link to or retrieve information from third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, availability, or terms.

11. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or to an account, if these Terms are violated, if use of the Service creates risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results generated will be accurate, complete, or current.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
