Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
Ask AI Who is operated by Make Your Money Multiply, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and who helps us process it. It applies to askaiwho.com and the Ask AI Who application.
This policy describes what we actually do today. If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
1. Information you give us
- Business information. Your website address, business name, category or trade, service city or market, and similar details you enter when you run the free diagnostic or complete other forms.
- Contact information. Name, email address, and — where you choose to provide it — phone number and business mailing details.
- Diagnostic and Playbook information. The inputs you submit, the results we generate for you, answers you save in exercises, and progress you record.
- Account information. If you create an account, your email address and authentication credentials, handled by our authentication provider. We do not store your password.
- Application and engagement information. If you apply for or purchase Become Recommended, the information you submit in the application, agreement acceptance records (including date, time, and typed signature), and information you provide during onboarding, which may include access details for business systems you choose to connect.
- Messages. Email or form correspondence you send us, including replies to our messages.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information. Our forms are intended for business information.
2. Information collected automatically
- Usage events. We record first-party events about how the site is used — for example, that a page was viewed, a diagnostic was started, or results were viewed — together with a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser.
- Referral and campaign information. If you arrive through a link containing campaign parameters or a referral code, we record that so we can attribute where an inquiry came from.
- Server and technical information. Our hosting and backend providers process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request logs as part of delivering and securing the site.
3. Cookies, local storage, and tracking
We do not run third-party advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site. We use browser local storage and session storage for functional purposes: keeping you signed in, saving drafts of your work, remembering your diagnostic session, and holding the visitor identifier and referral details described above. Our authentication provider may set cookies necessary to maintain your session.
Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across other companies’ websites, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
4. How we use information
- To run the free diagnostic and produce and display your results.
- To provide the Become Recommended Playbook and any services you purchase.
- To create and support your account and keep your saved work.
- To process payments and maintain records of purchases and agreements.
- To respond to your inquiries and send service and follow-up email related to your request.
- To evaluate applications for Become Recommended.
- To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, and improve it.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
5. Automated and AI processing
To produce diagnostic results and draft materials, we send business information — such as your public website address, business name, category, and city — to third-party AI model providers through an AI gateway service, and we retrieve publicly available information about your business from the open web and from search and AI systems. We do not send payment card information to AI providers, and our prompts are built from business information rather than personal profiles.
Diagnostic results are automated estimates based on what public systems returned at the time of the scan. They are informational and are not a decision about you or your business made for any legal purpose.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on Stripe-hosted payment surfaces and are handled by Stripe — we do not receive or store full payment card numbers. We receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as confirmation of payment, amount, and identifiers we use to match a payment to your account. Stripe processes your information under its own privacy policy.
7. Service providers we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with providers that help us operate the service, and only as needed for them to perform that function:
- Hosting, database, and authentication. Our application hosting and managed backend platform, which stores your account, diagnostic, and business records.
- AI model providers. Accessed through an AI gateway service to generate diagnostic analysis and drafted content.
- Payment processing. Stripe.
- Email delivery. The managed email service we use to send results, service messages, and follow-up email.
- Search and public web sources. Requests made to public websites, search engines, and AI systems as part of running your diagnostic.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
8. Email
If you give us your email address, we may send you your results, service messages about your account or purchase, and follow-up email about Ask AI Who. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential email by using an unsubscribe link where provided or by emailing us at the address below. We will still send messages necessary to a purchase or an active engagement.
9. Retention
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service, maintain your account and saved results, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not currently operate a fixed automatic deletion schedule. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will honor reasonable requests, except where we are required to keep records — for example, payment and agreement records.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls on our database, and storing credentials in a secure server-side secret store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This is a service for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. California disclosures
This section is provided for California residents under California’s online privacy laws. The categories of information we collect, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of service providers we share it with are described in sections 1 through 7 above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you have a question about your information, contact us at the address below.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
